Biography
Yolanda Hardy has over 20+ years of strong customer service. 12 of those years have been dedicated to personal injury as a communications and interview specialist at a prominent third-party reporting agency working with clients, employers, and insurance agencies.
As the first point of contact, Yolanda engages with each client answering questions and compiling accurate detailed information while providing client confidentiality. She is focused on quality and ensuring each client’s satisfaction is met. Yolanda believes that everyone has a story, and it is her duty to listen clearly with empathy and compassion.
These attributes helped prepare Yolanda for her current role in communicating and working with a devoted team to maintain high levels of customer service by gathering all the infomation about the client and evidence needed to move forward with their case. She likes to leave the client full of understanding about laws and our firm’s procedures.
In Yolanda’s personal life, she is God fearing and have a family first attitude. She loves trying new things and learning about different cultures, walking in beautiful parks enjoying nature, festivals and being amongst inspiring people.
